Equal Assignment Rights for All!In the
April ISSUE of Referee, # 8 at the bottom of page 30, check out the decision that was rendered
in PA. This is so true in many of the affiliated associations in NJ. Age Discrimination, harassment, conspiracy
and trade restraint are other common practices that should be challenged in NJ.
The one interesting thing
that sticks out is that the PIAA is just as responsible. If there is anyone who has experienced any type of
